Joakim Norrman
 My
interest in salsa began when I saw a salsa show in the spring
of 2005 with Robin and Lisa. Later in the fall of that year I
started taking salsa courses at Salsa Sabrosa and I have continued
to dance salsa since then
I
feel the spirit of community in the world of salsa. The salsa
gives me a lot of joy and every now and then happiness. I love
the salsa music and above all songs that are filled with so much
energy that one simply has to dance. I also like to dance and
listen to bachata, lamazouk and reggaeton
I
want to dance salsa as much as possible i.e. seven days a week.
I am very happy to have the opportunity to spread the love for
salsa to other persons at the same time as I improve my salsa
dancing skills and develop as a salsero
I
have taken courses from the teachers at Salsa Sabrosa as well
as from other teachers such as Orlando Ahumada, Reynold Prieto
Aguilera, Felicia Numhauser, Lester German Norona Mesa, Roberto
Aguilar and Hamlet Serrano. I took courses in salsa and bachata
in Palma de Mallorca with the teachers at Academia de Baile 123yabailar.
I also have danced rueda with Oli Stephensen in Lund. I have been
to salsa congresses in Barcelona, Gotenburg, Stockholm, Helsingborg
and Västervik. I have danced in one salsa show in Helsingborg
in the spring of 2009
