Silvia Chiok
 Silvia
has lived in Sweden since 2001. She's originally from Peru and
is resident in Lund. She had her first contact with latinamerican
dance and music when she was in her mother's tummy.
She
has taken courses in both cuban and crossbody-style with Johan
& Alexandra from Salsa Sabrosa Danceschool since 2003.
In
2004 she participated in the salsa congress in Helsingborg, where
she learned from Susanna Montero, Leon Rose and Super Mario.
In
the summer of 2004 she started dancing rueda de casino in Lund
and she hasn't stopped since. Right now she's developing her leading
skills in this fascinating salsa style.
In
august 2004 she took a course in salsa with Roberto Aguilar from
Cuba.
She's
a regular visitor to ribbans summersalsa in Malmö. Other
things she likes to do are: arrange parties & meeting new
people.
