Weronika Pilat

I have always been interested in music and dance and also sport and health. Since the age of six I've been dancing Polish folklore in the group ”Kwiaty Polskie/Polish flowers” and I'm still dancing with them to this day. I have also started a four year course in Poland and will after that be able to start my own folklore group. As a child I also danced the ballet, trained rhythmic gymnastics for several years and I have been musically active by singing and playing the piano

These last years I have wanted to evolve my knowledge further and try new dances, among others Argentinean tango and samba, but also salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton for Juan Moya on the Latin-American culture house. During this period we had exhibitions and had a lot of fun together! I fell in love straight away with the dances, and that was when I started dancing salsa for Robin & Lisa and also Johan & Alexandra on Salsa Sabrosa Dance School in Lund. After a while a began performing in samba. I have among other things performed on the Malmo festival and been part of Advance Patrol’s musical video, something that was fun to be part of! Now I also dance in the Sabrosa show group

I have danced L.A.-jazz and other forms of dances for Jonas Hedqvist on Forum Dans and Artist Akademie in Malmo. He was an inspiration and we did a cabaret together that was a huge success!

So I have always loved to dance and I will keep on loving it for the rest of my life!
